The blood vessels will be influenced in the same way as the lymph vessels of the lymphatic system. Furthermore it has a deeply calming and relaxing effect.
In therapeutic massage, the therapist works with a variety of massage strokes which can be used in the following disease patterns among others.
- Chronic back pain
- Sciatica and lumbago
- Repetitive stress syndrome (i.e. tennis elbow)
- Common back tension, tight muscles
